1 lb. bulk Italian sausage

¼ t. Italian seasoning
 
½ c. chopped onion
 
½ t. chili powder
 
1 ½ cups condensed tomato soup (NOT diluted)
 
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
 
¾ c. cooked rice (I used a microwaveable pouch of brown rice)
