This apple raisin easy gluten free stuffing is made from a mixture of bread and cinnamon raisin bagels! It’s the perfect simple, healthy Thanksgiving side dish!

3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Cups Onion, diced (about 1 large onion)
2 Cups Apple, diced (about 1 1/2 large apples)
1 Tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
3 Udis bagels, sliced into 1 inch cubes
7 Slices of bread, sliced into 1 inch cubes
1 Cup Reduced Sodium chicken broth
2/3 Cup Unsweetened apple juice
3/4 tsp Salt
