Super easy, and awesomely delicious recipe. Add a few skewers of vegetables and its a complete meal that is sure to please the whole family!

6 oz apricot preserves
1 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp ground garlic
1 lb pork loin, cut into fist size pieces
