*8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
*1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
*1/2 cup shredded carrots
*1/2 container of firm tofu
*3/4 cup broccoli
*2 tablespoons canola oil
*1 garlic clove, minced
*1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
*1 teaspoon sugar
*1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
*2 tablespoons sesame seeds
*1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
