Avocado Corn Soup

Thick and creamy, but no cream!

1 avocado
1 cup corn, cooked.
½ cup orange juice
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon goji berries
Peel and remove the core of avocado, cut into chunks. Put avocado, corn, orange juice and water into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water to reach desired consistency. Heat in a pot if desired, add salt (optional). Pour into bowls and garnish with goji berries.
