These are super healthy and super delicious! Amazing flavor and fun to dip in dressings or sauces!

4 9" burrito flour tortilla's, cut in half
2 chicken breasts
16 oz. chicken broth
2 C water
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 jalapeno, minced
3 C spinach, chopped
Grated cheese
olive oil or cooking spray
