Baked Falafel with Lemon Dressing

Falafel
15 oz. can chickpeas, drained
2 T. flour
2 T. finely chopped parsley
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Tahini Sauce
2 T. tahini paste
zest and juice of 1 lemon

Remaining Ingredients
1/2 c. crumbled fetacheese
2 pita breads
1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1c.chopped green leaf lettuce
