Baked Rosemary Mushroom

Easy but flavorful way to serve mushroom.

2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tablespoon onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 cup sliced button mushroom
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a big bowl, combine garlic, onion, olive oil and rosemary. Add mushroom and stir to mix. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Put in a baking dish. Bake 10 minutes or until mushroom slices are soft. Season with salt and pepper (optional)
