Dry:
2? cups all purpose u bleached flour
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1½ tsp cinnamon
1½ tsp all spice
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp clove
¾ cup vegan chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand)
Wet:
½ cup melted vegan butter (I use Earth Balance in the red tub)
¾ cup vegan cane sugar
? cup packed brown sugar
? cup pumpkin purée (NOT pie filling! use the plain stuff)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp hot water
