Black Bean Burger

Black bean burger with bun.

1 can 15.25 oz. black beans
1/4 c. grated yellow onion
1 egg
1/2 package of saltine crackers, ground into crumbs {reserve enough crumbs to roll your patties into before cooking}
1 package Sazo'n Goya
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Drain black beans but do not rinse. Place in large mixing bowl smash the beans up pretty well. Mix Sazo'n Goya, cilantro, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Cover the mixture and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set up. Form into patties, the size you want and cook over medium heat about 3-4 minutes each side. Serve on a bun with the fixings.
