1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup Meyer lemon juice
Zest of Meyer lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 cup chopped cucumber
3/4 cup chopped blackberries
10 mint leaves, chopped
10 basil leaves, chopped
