Blueberry Almond Balls

This is an all-natural, quick snack that only takes a few minutes to make. Enjoy it any time!

1/2 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 jujube dates, seeds removed.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix. If you like it crunchy, just pulse. Otherwise blend until smooth. If too wet, add some more almond. If too dry, add more blueberries. Form almond dough into small balls. Serve with additional blueberries. You can also refrigerate them and serve the next day.
