Naturally sweet blueberry coffee breakfast smoothie is a quick and tasty way to start your day!

½ cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
2 tsp Instant Coffee
6 Dates , pitted
1 cup Almond Milk
In a blender, combine the oats, blueberries (rinsed), instant coffee, dates and milk. Process until smooth. Serve right away!

1 lb. peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
1 stalk celery
2 green onions
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1 t white vinegar
1 T minced fresh dill
1/4 t Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t sugar
Kosher salt and black pepper ( to taste )
