Blueberry Mint Shake

Refreshing vegan milk shake!

¾ cup soy milk
¼ cup blueberries
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
Put blueberries, mint leaves and ¼ cup soy milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the soy milk and agave nectar, blend again until well mixed. Serve in a glass Garnish with whole mint leaves (optional).
