This is a yummy GLUTEN-FREE recipe. If you buy the tapioca flour at a store with bulk bins (like Winco), this i s incredibly cheap to make!

1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted (will make a flatter roll) OR 1/4 cup canola oil (will make a puffier roll)
1 cup tapioca flour (sometimes called tapioca starch)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
1/4-1/2 cup grated cheese (medium or sharp cheddar)
1/4-1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
