Similar to Texas Caviar or Cowboy Caviar, this is both refreshing and healthy bean salsa with the addition of a cayenne pepper hot sauce, it gains a nice kick. For best results, serve with Tostitos Scoops.

1 can black beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can corn
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut each tomato in 4 pieces
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
8 oz. zesty Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. Franks Hot Sauce (or your favorite cayenne pepper hot sauce)
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can corn
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut each tomato in 4 pieces
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
8 oz. zesty Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. Franks Hot Sauce (or your favorite cayenne pepper hot sauce)
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Drain and rinse cans of beans and corn. Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours for the flavors to really soak into each other.
Serve with Tostitos Scoops, or your favorite corn tortilla chip.
