Simple is usually best, and these Buttered Dilly New Potatoes are no exception! Just 5 minutes of prep time results in the perfect side dish — crispy, tender potatoes that are lightly dressed in butter, garlic, salt, and fresh herbs!

24 ounces small new potatoes (such as petite white potatoes)
4 tablespoons melted butter, divided
¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
