Cajun Shrimp and Rice

A super easy, flavorful dish for a quick lunch or dinner fix.

1/3 cup rice
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
4 oz cooked salad shrimp
Combine Cajun seasoning with water; add rice. Bring to a boil and cook according to rice specifications (some varieties require longer cooking times than others). When rice is finished, add shrimp and stir to combine.
