Carrot Hater’s Favorite Carrot Juice

We all know the benefits of carrot, but not everyone likes it. A friend that hates the smell of carrot loves this. And this is how she takes in carrot after having tried this recipe.

4 organic big carrots
2 medium organic apples
1 organic orange
1/8 organic lemon, peel on.
2 medium organic apples
1 organic orange
1/8 organic lemon, peel on.
Trim off the ends of carrots, and then cut into sections.
Remove the core of the apple and cut into chunks.
Peel the orange, cut into pieces so that you can fit them into the juicer.
Run carrot, apple, orange and lemon through a juicer.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Note: You can substitute the orange with 4 tangerines.
