Vegetables for breakfast! This is so delicious and healthy. And I love the smell of bacon in the morning. I feel like it is such a treat. Try this, you won't regret it.

2 slices uncooked bacon
1/4 yellow onion
1/4 head cauliflower
Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat skillet to medium heat.
Saute bacon and onion until onion is translucent.
While this is sauteing place cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave...
