Cauliflower Pasta

This recipe is simple, healthy and packed full of flavor!

1 large Bag frozen cauliflower
4 cups/1 Litre Chicken/Vegetable Stock
4 Cloves of Garlic - chopped
1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Small pasta
Plenty of Parmesan or pecorino romano cheese
