Chinese Mixed Vegetable Salad

Get tired of the ordinary vegetable salad bowl? Try this Chinese style one with oriental vegetables like black agaric, and special dressing based on soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. This dressing makes the vegetables taste fresher and smells charming! Also it contains even less fat than the commonly regarded low-fat European vinegar and oil salad dressing. Instead, the dish relies on exotic spices to become mouth watering!

4 oz. cucumber
4 oz. cherry tomato
2 oz. radish
4 oz. black agaric, fresh or 1/2 oz. soaked in cool water for 3 hours
1 oz. spring onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 oz. green onion
1/4 oz. coriander
1 T. light soy sauce
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. white pepper powder
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. chili oil
1 T. fried peanut
1 tsp. roasted white sesame
4 oz. cucumber
4 oz. cherry tomato
2 oz. radish
