This is a famous traditional Chinese feast dish. Chinese quick-frying cuisine technique can well strengthen aromas and flavors of the ingredients, thus creating a strong sense of heartiness for meat and seafood dishes.

8 large prawns (about 14 oz. meat)
1/4 oz. ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 head green onion (about 1/2 oz.)
1 large red chili pepper
1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
2 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Enough vegetable oil for frying (actual consumption is 1 1/2 T.)
