A light delightful dish full of crisp taste, veggie freshness and exotic spice aroma! The Chinese lily bulb, is starchy and widely used as a root vegetable in Chinese cuisine. In traditional Chinese medicine, the lily bulb is used to reduce excessive internal heat in human bodies during dry or hot seasons, like the early spring, and alleviate resultant symptoms such as cough and insomnia.
