Chocolate Covered Oat And Lime Slices

Sometimes you fancy a treat in the morning, something other than breakfast cereal or toast. When you have some extra time to make them these wheat free breakfast slices are a lovely start to the day, if you want a little decadence. You can feel quite saintly eating them, knowing that they are healthy and not laden with refined sugar.
½ cup (70g) rice flour
½ cup (70g) potato flour
½ cup (70g) buckwheat flakes
1 cup (140g) jumbo oats
2oz (50g) ground almonds
½ cup (100g) cooked wholegrain rice
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 ripe organic pear
Zest of half a lime
½ cup (120ml) coconut milk
2 free range eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ organic vanilla pod
1 teaspoon zanthan gum
½ cup (70g) organic sugar free chocolate
1 tablespoon Natvia
3 ½ fluid oz (100ml) organic dark agave
1 tablespoon Biona margarine
Pinch of salt
