Chocolate Flower Cookies

Use this flower cookie recipe to celebrate the New Year with family.

ingredients:
150 grams of butter
60 grams of refined sugar
1 egg yolk
150 gr flour
50 grams of cocoa powder
50 g cornstarch

icing:
200 grams of powdered sugar
30 gr egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Red food coloring, yellow, and green
Beat the butter and sugar together until smooth, then blend in the egg yolk. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch, and stir well. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into 1/8-1/ inch thickness. Cut into shapes with a cookie cutter. Use a well-floured surface to avoid sticking. Bake in a preheated 340 degree F oven until done. Remove and let cool.
