Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough made with 3 simple & healthy ingredients. A quick no-bake snack that’s Vegan, Paleo, gluten free, dairy-free and crazy delicious!

1 tbsp almond butter
? cup protein powder (I used Bob\'s Red Mill Chocolate Protein Powder)
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Optional Toppings: vanilla extract, stevia, chocolate chips & sprinkles
To a bowl, add almond butter, protein powder and almond milk. Stir together until the batter becomes thick and doughy. Add more milk if needed, but 3 tbsp should be plenty. Top with optional toppings and devour!
