1 Sweet Onion, chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into small dice
2 Large Carrots, cut into small dice
1½ teaspoons Coarse Real Salt
2 sprigs Rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon Oregano, chopped
pinch of Chili Flakes
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
