Cilantro Lime Rice

An easy, set and forget recipe that compliments a variety of Mexican dishes

1 cup uncooked rice (white or brown, your preference)
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 lime (I actually used 2 small key limes) or 2 tsp of lime juice
2 cups of water
