This is one of my favorite recipes I have created. Recently featured in Austin Fusion Magazine, this super easy dish is low carb, big taste. You will make this over and over again!! I used oranges, cumin, chili powder, all spice, cinnamon, cheyenne pepper, and brown sugar to spice the rump roast we then stuffed the pulled pork in Anaheim Peppers and garnished with Asian Pears and Cotija cheese (just leave off the cheese as a garnish to make this Paleo) Prep time is fast, roasting takes time

1 fl. oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
