This delicious Coconut Berries Oatmeal is filling, vegan and gluten-free. It is made with coconut milk, chia, rolled oat and chia seeds.

1 cup coconut milk from the cartoon
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
½ cup berries (blueberries and raspberries)
1 tsp shredded coconut
1 tsp chia seeds
