A healthier version of tiramisu cake, these coconut cream tiramisu glasses have no sugar added, taste heavenly good, and make the perfect summer dessert.

1 cup / 250 ml espresso coffee
15 savoiardi biscuits (fine sponge fingers, ladyfinger)
2 large egg whites
4 cans of full fat coconut milk (I used Forest Native)
4 tablespoons honey
approx. 1 teaspoon good-quality cocoa powder
