Creamy Roast Beef Enchiladas

This is one of my favorite Mexican meals. The creamy sauce on top balances the Pico de Gallo perfectly!

8 flour tortillas
5 cups shredded roast beef
1 4 oz can green chilies, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
