This low carb, gluten free cumin healthy chicken stir fry has creamy coconut, coriander and cardamom! Add broccoli and carrot noodles for a quick and easy, paleo and whole30 weeknight dinner!

8 Oz Chicken breast, cubed
1/2 Cup Full fat coconut milk
Pepper
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Ground cardamom
1 1/2 Cups Broccoli, cut into bite sized florets
1 Large carrot, spiralized with blade C *
