• Dried Fenugreek/Kasuri Methi – 1 Tbsp
• Ginger, Peeled And Roughly Chopped – 2 Tbsp
• Garlic, Peeled And Roughly Chopped – 2 Tbsp
• Aloo / Potatoes – 2 Cups
• Cauliflower Florets / Phool Gobi – 5 Cups
• Green Chillies, Slit – 4 Small
• Tomato Puree – 1/2 Cup (You Can Also Add 1/2 Cup Freshly Chopped Tomatoes)
• Salt To Taste
• Ginger, Juliennes – 1 Tbsp
• Jeera/cumin Seeds – 2 Tsp
• Kashmiri Red Chili Powder Or Deggi Mirch Powder – 1 Tsp (You Can Also Add Any Other Chili Powder)
• Turmeric Powder / Haldi – ½ Tsp
• Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder – 2 Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
• Cilantro For Garnish – 4 Tbsp
• Water – 1/4 + 3 tbsp + 4 tbsp
