Dried Green Mustard with Kumquat

Only two ingredients, extremely simple. When dried the green mustard has a little wasabi flavor to it, and the kumquat adds sweetness and citric aroma. Healthy snack!

1 pound organic green mustard
30 fresh kumquat
Wash the green mustard, drain, and tear the leafy part into small pieces. Clean the kumquat and into quarters, remove the seeds. Put kumquat pieces into a food processor and blend until sticky and smooth....
