Just 10 minutes of prep for this Dump-and-Bake Butter Chicken and Rice! Even the rice and the chicken cook together in one dish for an easy dinner!

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1 cup diced onion
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
