Dutch Oven Chili

Whether you are in the back yard or out in the mountains somewhere, it is always good to have an easy to make, hearty meal. And this chili is a family favorite!. It is so simple and the ingredients are easy to just “grab and go” to your destination. So make up a batch, sit around the camp fire and make some memories!

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans pork and beans
1 can kidney beans
2 cans canned tomatoes ( petite diced )
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix (below)
1 beef bullion cube
Seasoning Mix
2 T. flour
2 T. instant minced onion
1 (½ tsp.) chili powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. crushed ( dried, red pepper )
½ tsp. instant minced garlic
½ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. ground cumin
Combine seasoning ingredients in small bowl and set aside. If you are travelling just put it into a zip-lock bag and you are ready to go. The chili can be made in a Dutch oven with charcoal or on your camp...

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
