This is an easy jambalaya to throw together any day of the week for your family or when entertaining guests. The leftovers are great too! It's a little twist on traditional jambalaya recipes.
1 whole Chicken, Insides Removed And Rinsed
2 cloves Garlic
1 pound Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
1 whole Onion, Diced
1 cup White Rice
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning Such As Tony Chachere's, Or To Taste
1 teaspoon Pepper Or To Taste
¼ teaspoons Cayenne, Or To Taste
2 cloves Garlic
