1 cup Egg Whites
5 slices of Lean Ham
5 medium Mushrooms
1 cup Spinach
1 red Onion
1/8 teaspoon Salt

Dice all the vegetables.
In a hot pan add the onion, the mushrooms and the spinach. Cook until the vegetables turn golden and then them cool.
