6 Asparagus Spears
2 Spring Onions
4 Eggs
1 cup Egg Whites
5 slices of Lean Ham
5 medium Mushrooms
1 cup Spinach
1 red Onion
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
