Festive Baby Greens Salad

I threw this together for a neighborhood dinner we held at my house and it was a big hit! It has a lot of the fall and holiday flavors and is so delicious!

1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons fruited vinegar (like raspberry) or red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon or regular mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
8 oz baby greens
2 medium pears, ripe and thinly sliced
2 oz nuts chopped (honey roasted almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1/2 cup craisins
6 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
In a small food processor, mix cranberry sauce, vinegar, water, oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning. When ready to serve, put greens in a large bowl.
