Pumpkin bread that tastes like dessert but is actually good for you! This version is full of delicious sweet cinnamon pumpkin flavor that will rock your world! It is a moist tender center surrounded by a sweet crunchy crust, you’d never know it is grain free!

1 cup sunflower seed butter (or other nut/seed butter)
3/4cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix
3 tablespoons coconut flour or oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/4 cup honey

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
