Food Processor Mexican Mole Sauce

Easy adaption from a traditional mole that takes on 1 1/2 hours vs all day

8-10 dried or fresh chilies any variety will work
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
2 tsp onion powder
1 diced garlic clove
1 medium roma tomato cut into sections
2 pieces whole wheat toast, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons chopped dates
2 tablespoons shelled chopped pecans
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 oz melted dark chocolate
1/4 cup honey
salt to taste
3-4 cups vegetable broth
