Fruit Tower
3
Stack up different fruits to make a fruit salad that looks like a veggie dessert. This is easy and looks great!
2
1 ounce papaya
1 ounce melon
1 ounce watermelon
1 ounce cucumber
Mountain yam honey sauce:
2 tablespoon raw mountain yam
1 tablespoon honey
1 ounce melon
1 ounce watermelon
1 ounce cucumber
Mountain yam honey sauce:
2 tablespoon raw mountain yam
1 tablespoon honey
To make mountain yam honey sauce, simply crumble the mountain yam and mix with honey.
Cut each of the fruit into slices. You can use cookie cutter to cut them into your favorite shapes, and arrange them according to your favorite color combinations.
It is best to put the thickest slice with the hardest texture at the bottom.
Pout mountain yam honey sauce into the plate, surrounding the gruit.
Note: If the texture of the fruit is harder, you can slice them thinner. For softer fruit, it’s easier to handle if you cut thicker slices.
