Garlic Citrus Pork with Au Jus in Crockpot

Many cultures have incredible pork dishes, from Kalua Pork in Hawaii to Cuban Roast Pork. Even the Crockpot culture has an amazing range of pork dishes that are so easy to make, and come out tender and juicy. And that's the trick to great pork, slow cooking it so it doesn't taste dried. Make it garlic, orange juice and lime juice, and you have an amazing au jus to dip the pork in after.

3 pounds pork butt
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
4 ounces lime juice
16 ounces beef or chicken stock
1 bay leaf
20 cloves of garlic, cut in half
1 sweet Maui onion, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic salt
