This easy to make Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts is a delicious side dish made with lemon, parmesan, olive oil and lots of garlic.

1 lb brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in half
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
