Refreshing vegetable soup.

8-9 very ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 green pepers, cut in halves
1 cucumber, cut into pieces
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 bread slices, soaked with water
1 cup sweet chilli sauce(your choice)
a bunch of fresh basil, roughly chopped
1 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juice only
salt and pepper

1.Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
2.Add water as much as you prefer. I used about 1 cup of water. If you prefer thicker consistency, add half of it.
