General Tso's Cauliflower

This cauliflower recipe is better than takeout!

1 head cauliflower

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chicken or chickenless broth

2-3 tbsp low-sodium tamari or soy sauce (gluten free)

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp flour (gluten free)

1 tsp ginger powder

1/4 tsp ground mustard

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1 tsp sriracha sauce
