Ginkgo Nuts in Miso Wasabi Sauce

Easy side dish to go with rice and congee.

1 cup ginkgo nuts
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 teaspoon prepared wasabi
1 tablespoon water
Mix miso paste, wasabi and water. Soak ginkgo nuts in miso mixture, let sit overnight. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
