Gluten Free Taco Pizza

I love this Mexican dish that combines the elements of pizza and tacos

1 1/4 c cornmeal
1 1/4 c gluten-free flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt
2/3 c milk
1/3 c butter
1/2 pound pork sausage (I use Sage flavored)
1 cup spaghetti sauce (I used Basil flavored)
1 can diced tomatoes( I used basil and garlic flavored)
1 envelope taco seasoning (check to make sure gluten free)
3/4 c water
shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives
1 1/4 c gluten-free flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt

1/3 c butter

shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives
In bowl combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and cut into flour mixture until pea sized dough appears. Add milk and mix well. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 400 for 10 mins. Cool. Brown sausage. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, taco seasoning and water, bring to a boil. Simmer. Sprinkle meat and cheese over crust. Bake 400 for 15 mins. Top with remaining ingredients.
